Subject:- Non-realization of cheque No.002319 dated 01/06/2009
Sirs /Madam,
With reference to the above subject, I have to regretfully inform you that Cheque no.002319, dated June 01, 2009, was issued to me by DARPANA ACADEMY, AHNRDABAD which I had deposited with your C.G>Road branch for clearing. I should regretfully add that the same has not been cleared so far and the amount mentioned therein, viz RS.13455, has not been credited to my S.B. A/C No.101-005627-006 so far.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and do justice to me by rectifying the mistake committed by the bank, by crediting to my account the abovementioned amount.
I also request you to arrange to send a revised Statement of Accounts bearing no.26 to me at the earliest.
