Fraud Business practice
I recently bought a car from this dealership, they have the worst customer service!! The first day I took my car home the battery died! I had to buy a new one, they said they would reinburst me the money but I have not received it yet! I was given a certain intrest rate but it did not go through, I had to go back and resign for a higher rate that they said the bank accepted. They called me 2 weeks later saying I have to resign the contract again because the rate went up. How is that possible if the bank already had accepted the 2nd rate they gave me! I have to pay my first payment today and I have received any account info to pay it to. I have been calling them for weeks about this matter and all they say is "we will call you back" and they never do!! I have been calling everyday for the past 3 weeks!! I recommened not to go to Nissan in Mckinney!!

I am so appalled and disgusted in the service i have been receiving from Nissan Welkom
I am so appalled and disgusted in the service i have been receiving from Nissan Welkom!!!Since day one i have had problems when purchasing a brand new Nissan NP 200!First of all when i purchased the vehicle i asked them to install a radio and central locking for my vehicle, which they assured me that will be no problem at all!!What a joke!!When everything was done i had to take the car back three times cause the fan of the vehicle was disconnected, and went faulty, due to the installation of the radio!!Then the doors didn't want to close properly due to the central locking that was installed and the excuse was given its new rubbers and it will do it!I am stuck now woman alone in Morgans bay alone as a woman due to the fact that my central locking and immobilizer malfunctioning!I phoned Welkom and they informed me the system they installed is a very old system, and i must take it to the nearest dealership! How must i do this??The car wont start, must i carry it on my back!?!?I am stuck here and have no place to go, my vehicle has not even gone for its first service yet an has 9000 km!!Come on guys is this what you call customer satisfaction!?!?!?do you guys take me as a fool!

Total rip off
I purchased this warranty for 2004 Nissan. They say they are with you every mile. On 11/11/2010 I had car problems, Warranty company didn't want to pay for genuine parts for my car, labor and top it off. I think i am paying a $100 deductible and the service advisor tells me $671. I am so pissed. I went through so much trouble and to top it off, I have to take my car some place else for service. I paid over 1800 for my warranty for what to feel violated and rejected. They are not with you.

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima and on Nov 14, 2007 a recall was issued. The recall id# 07V527000 was for a Electronic Control Module (ECM). On March 15, 2010 I had my car in the shop because is would cut off while driving, the dealer said that it was a bad crankshaft sensor and it cost $422.67 to get repaired. I never received a notice about the recall and no one at the dealer mention the recall at the time of the repair. My sister has the same car and she took hers into the shop over the weekend and they told her that they couldn't fix the problem because it was a recall and she would have to take her car to Nissan to get fixed. I know that my car going this long without the ECM repaired has caused the crank shaft sensor to go bad. I need to know where can I turn for a refund of my money paid to get the crank shaft sensor repaired.

Gives false hopes
I bought a Used Nissan Armada with 66000 miles on it from Honda of Casper in Wyoming. Was loaded and nice, decent price. Within 700 miles the engine had a knock. Was told I needed a new engine for $8000 installed! The dealership said tough luck, I bought it as-is! I called Nissan Customer service, and they told me to take it to the nearest Nissan Dealership, (only 180 miles away!) So I drove the knocking car down there, after 31 days, they were able to diagnose that the engine needed replaced! The customer service rep kept in contact, and said they would see how they could help me "financially" with the fix. So after 6 months of not having my $18, 000 vehicle, they finally called to tell me that they were not going to do anything for me! So I traded the armada in at over $11, 500 loss and got a Chevy suburban. So for 6 months and less than 1000 miles of vehicle ownership and over $12, 000 (loss, + taxes + insurance) I got to be a pissed off Nissan Owner! Never buy nissan! Especially don't let mileage and price affect your buying decision. Out of warranty is out of warranty. Being in Wyoming buying AS-IS leaves you no recourse. So dealerships like Honda of Casper buys these auction vehicles and "Certifies" them and then you are screwed. Buyer Beware

Consumer affairs/Regional specialist
I purchased a nissan titan 5years ago from the midway nissan dealership in phoenix. From the day I puchased my nissan I have had nothing but issues with the dealership. My current issue at hand is my catalytic converter, apparently it's going bad. I originally took my truck into the dealership 2 months ago when the check engine light came on. The truck began working again after spending $500.00 and the mechanic looking at it. However, on my drive home I called to inform nissan the light came back on. Which would of been discovered if the dealership had driven the truck 5 miles and put it through a check system. The miles on my truck when I came in was 79, 132 and when I left was 79, 132. The kicker on this is by the time I got back to te dealership, I had over 80, 000 and the dealership will not cover my catalytic converter. I have spent a month playing phone tag with a Regional Specialist only for them to tell me they will not cover this converter, A MONTH... What a joke and horrible service at that. I can not pass inspection due to the catalytic converter and the truck is just sitting in the driveway. I will never buy another Nissan again, the service is one of the worst I have ever seen. It doesnt say much when none of the people involved in this process even work there any more.

Their promises mean nothing
My husband ordered 4 centre bar rubbers on 6 October from the Nissan dealership on Ontdekkers Rd, Princess Crossing and was told he needed to pay up front for them in order for an order to be placed. He did this and was told the parts would be there in 2 days...it is now almost 2 weeks and they keep saying they have not received anything and it is not a 'mass produced part'.
They were quick to take his money though and make false promises. This is not the first time we have waited forever for a Nissan part. Their promises mean nothing. Soneone please source this part and stop saying 'we will get back to you'.

Difficulty in getting car parts
We run a shelter for women and children and on 8 March 2009 we managed to purchase a NP 200 Nissan. We were very happy with our vehicle which suited our needs (collecting donations and doing other rounds).
On 13 July, our vehicle was unfortunately involved in an accident. So we went through the whole process of panelbeaters and insurance, which is still in process (and its October!!). And we really need our vehicle...
Now yesterday (8 October) the panelbeaters tell us that parts are out of stock at the Nissan plant in South Africa. They need to order it from Japan! Oh goodness! How long will this take? Are their really no parts - the NP200 is new vehicle on the market, but not that recent...
We have written to a representative at Nissan, Bruma but we also raise our situation on this website - help!

Don't do business with them
So, now I've bought my Navara from another dealership, not CMH Midrand. Then, my Navara that I bought now needs some 'extras'. So I phone around for prices (more to determine helpfullness of staff and compare prices on simple items). For some reason decided to phone CMH Midrand again (they're very close to where I stay). Marvin answered. I asked price on bonnet guard etc. That was Friday (259). He advised me system is slow, took my number and promised to phone back within two minutes. Still waiting and it's Tuesday. Guess what - had a rollbar fitted today at Global Nissan - another R5, 000 you missed out on. Even though CMH is my closest dealership, I travelled 30km to Global Nissan Gezina to have this fitted. I will be taking my future business to them or another Global Nissan dealer in the future, even though I have to travel farther. I will not spend my money at CMH, they clearly don't care about clients.
PS - My wife might be looking at a Qashqai in the next couple of months - guess what, CMH is NOT on our contact list.
