Impossible to contact customer service
I called nissan about a complaint with my new car. They gave the complaint to a regional specialist. She called and left a message one morning. Over the past 2 weeks I have called numerous times and always get her voice mail. I have left 3 messages so far and I have given her phone numbers and time frames of when I can be reached at work and at home and this woman has not acknowledged my message because she continues to call me at home when I'm not there, as though she is avoiding speaking with me. I called the nissan number again and spoke with someone else to help me and the listened to my concern and took down me phone number at work and said she would call me. I'm still waiting.

new engine due to a defect (had a recall and was not charged) *

Overcharged
It took Nissan 37 days to fix my 2008 Nissan Sentra that I bought new w/6 miles on it. The Nissan Sentra had 23, 000 miles on it when the transmission went out. While they were fixing that problem they discovered it had busted motor mounts and had to fix that also.
Like that wasn't enough I had to pay for the towing in the first place and now I had to pay $2488.00 for the rental car I had to drive while waiting for mine to be fixed. Today Nissan informs me I might get reimbersed for the rental car however it will take 2 weeks or more before they know.
All the while I've been having to pay $389.00 a month payment whether I am driving and using the car or not.

spareparts for nissan b13 1994
their is no sparepart for nissan b13 1994 in egypt my problem is with the brake system and the disk that the wheel gets on it and ofcourse i mean with the barke system is that the master and the brake are not available and i am looking for them for 3 months and their is no use i am ready to pay any cost for this spare parts because i really like this car .plzz contact me as soon as possible because it is standing in the garage which i am so sad to see it standing like this

Service and Quality
From the second week after I've purchased the new Nissan NP200 I started to experience poor service from Nissan. At first they fitted a torned tourney cover which was changed at Global Nissan eventually. On 15000km I have asked them to have a look at the slipping clutch. After a lot of fighting, they replaced the clutch. I received the bakkie back with a faulty steering wheel, dents on the door and a red mark on the bumper. They stole quarter tank of petrol and denies it. After meeting with them, they just left my office without any solution. After I have spoken with Nissan SA, The lady, Sylvia, just said" Well, if you want to regain our trust you can bring the bakkie back again" My point is, I get it back with more issues than with what it went in for! It seems like they believe the customer is always wrong. Oh my goodness, this is beyond poor service. When I said to Andrew and Andre from Global Nissan that I and everyone I know will never support Nissan again they just said "it's up to you". The bakkie has just over 24000km's on the clock and I hate myself for buying the NP200 or a Nissan for what it's worth.

Bait and Switch
This company sent an email advertising they needed more used vehicles for their inventory, and that they would buy back my vehicle (a 2007 Armada) in full and put me in a comparable vehicle for the same or lower price. Once there and the paper work began, they offered me $6, 000 less for my vehicle and wanted to change my loan type from 60 months to 72 months so my payments would be the same. Also no one at the dealer was familar or acted as if they knew anything about the advertised which was sent to by one of their employees, the same person who set up a meeting for me. "Bait and Switch"

Are not giving my Deposit back
I have the car for 1 month. I did not get approved. I asked them to take the car back and I want my 3, 000 Refund I had put down for the Lease. Now they are not calling me back or telling me anything. They said I cannot get my refund back at all. They are saying I lie and my paperwork is not real. WHAT IS THAT !!! They needed my PA liences and i gave them copy. They said no CO-signer is needed so i agreed to go ahead. They said I should be fine and needed nothing. Now they bought in my college. WHAT DOES MY COLLEGE have to do with my lease. If it did, why didnt they tell me in the start. I refuse to sign anything and want my money back. They keept threatening me saying they will ruin my credit and not refund a penny. That the car is my. Then they say, return the car. I am lost and confused.

car loan fraud
Hi
These guys are the worst ever.
They sold me a used car with a bend axle ( i believe it my fault too as i should have checked).
but the worst fraud they did was in financing.
i financed 18000 and they told me the rate i am getting is 11.090 % when i went to the credit union today to refinance my laon the credit union told me my loan is 20500 and the loan they gave me was at 5.74%.
they showed me a contract with my signature on it which i never signed and must have been one of the papers underneath the paper i signed which i have a copy of.
what ever you do
DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM TOM PEACOCK NISAAN
they are the worst in the whole market and they will neevr pick up your phone.

Bad service
Booked an appointment at 8:00am/Rented a car from my own budget because I could'nt wait for 3 hours to get my car back. Car went to service only at 1:00pm for 3 hours:
When I initially called, I mentioned that instead of waiting3 hours at the location to call me once it's done: The service dept. mentioned that on their computer it says anytime during the day
My recommendations:
- They don't listen to customers because I was told on the phone no more than 3 hours but not what it was on their computer
- They are not detailed oriented
-I had to reorganize my day causing me a lot of problems
Most I don't recommend the place as for me # 1 rule is to carefully listen to the need of your customers. I will never ever go back to this service centre
