I am writing in regard to a dealership of yours that I purchased a new Titan truck from. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with them but to no avail. I purchased a new truck and paid for it in cash. 30 days later I received a bill for $600. I called the dealership and asked that they explain. They promised several times to return my call but never have. Not even once. This has been at issue for nearly two years.
If someone at your company could please assist I would greatly appreciate it. I have been a customer of yours for many years and currently own an Infinity G35 and a Qx56 in addition to the Nissan Titan.
