This company mainly sells diet aid pills called NiteTrim. Last year I went through agony trying their product and tried to get a refund completely by THEIR company policies and they gave me the runaround and LIED to me for nearly 6 months. I reported them to the BBB and they NEVER responded to the BBB, so I was out the money. Reporting them does not necessarily fix anything. SAD - they should be SHUT DOWN (in my opinion). I JUST received an email that at first I did not recognize as being from them. They are using new tactics and schemes to RIP people off. I made SURE the email complaint was sent to the mother company "MarqiLife" at their website customer service dept. Following is a portion of the email they sent me AND my response sent immediately to MarqiLife:

Before I realized what company sent this email, I clicked on the link and went through the initial questionaire (eMillionaire) to get further information on what was INDICATED as a way to make money losing weight.. and INSTEAD I got some crazy "survey monkey" site, which explained NOTHING.. and I STILL have no idea what survey monkey is or what it's used for. What on earth does NiteTrim weight loss pills (which do NOT work) have to do with creating personal surveys??? Once I saw that this crazy scheme came from "MarqiLife", it was immediately OBVIOUS..

I want NOTHING more to do with your company and I have been passing along my NON-recommendations and WARNINGS to everyone I meet. The fact that not one single person from your company would even respond to the multiple attempts to contact you by the BBB (not to mention the 5+ months that you gave me the run-around and LIED to me over and over, and kept the refund I was DUE by your own policy), proves what scavengers you are. You people disgust me!! DO NOT EVER contact me again!!

I don't know how you people sleep with yourselves at night. Yuck!
