ordered Aetrex orthopedic shoes in a hard to find size on 4-17-09. Charged to my credit card on 4-18. Sent e-mail confirmation but no tracking info was included. Web site said to allow 7-10 business days for product to arrive. E-mailed them on 4-27 to inquire as to shipping info. On 4-28 called phone number listed on web site.Had to leave a message asking someone to return my call. Nothing. E-mailed again on 4-29 saying if I did not hear anything this time within 48 hours I would contact my credit card company to dispute charges. Received a reply on 4-30 that said simply"This was on back order, I will issue a refund" Not sorry for the inconvience, please shop with me again, or kiss my foot! I have sent e-mails at least three more times and nothing. I have been nice with plenty of please and thank you for your help but now I want everyone I can tell to know that this owner JAMES SERPICO is a common thief and rip-off artist/scamer. His web site talks about he is committed to providing total customer satisfaction. What a joke! I have now contacted my credit card company, given them all the details and they said they would investigate but to be patient. No telling if or when I will ever see that money again. I am now afraid to do business with any new on line company that I haven't used before this bad experience.
