I recently purchased a pair of Air Max from a Champs store on 03/20/11 and needless to say, "I'm very dissappointedd with the quality and comfort of the shoe! I tried after two weeks to exchange them for a differnt design, but roughly with the same colors with receipt and without success! I spend $100 or more on your shoes because 99% of the time your shoes are always #1. Thats why I'm sending this e-mail, to see if I can send these shoes with receipt and be sent a different pair or a even value gift card.
