I ordered a trial sample for 3.95 ( never received it) so did not think much about it until I recived my m onthly credit card bill. They charged me 84.01 for something I was never shipped then failed to provide proof they shipped me anything only said I should have cancelled in 10 days which would have been fine, but you need to receive a product, try it to cancel it. I never received it. Now they are refusing to credit my credit card 84.01 for something I never received. To top it off then they sent me 2 bottles and charged me another 89.98 I called when I got my credit card statement explained I never received a sample of the first shipment she said she would look into it and have my acct credited ( ANNA) then she told me to return the two bottles I did recieve and was billed for 89.98 snd they would credit my acct. Its been over 60 days and they have not credited my acct for either charge and I have proof I sent them my 2 btls back but they are failfing to ptovide they sent me an orginal product and simply just charged me 84.01 for nothing, so they own me almost 200.00 between interest charged on my acct and product I cant get any refunds from them. Anyone has any suffestions have they tried contacting the Colorado Attorney Generals office??Please advise!!!lkilign to provide fd nof8d and more bottleyyhen
