I ON 11-23-2007 PURCHASED A NEW HP LAPTOP FROM WAL-MART IN HARRISBURG, ILLINOIS, MY SPEAKERS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE BUSTED, I CALLED WAL-MART AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS AND I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT HP DIRECT WELL I DID AND I ALSO PURCHASED A TWO YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT I THOUGHT THRU HP WHEN I PURCHASED THE AGREEMENT BUT TO FIND OUT IT SOME OTHER OUTFIT IN VA.WAL MART SURE DOESN'T TELL YOU THAT WHEN SELLING THEIR COMPUTERS SO BE AWARE, I WANT BUT NO MORE ELECTRIC PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND FROM WAL-MART HP DOES NOT HONER WAL MART SERVICE AGREEMENT

being charged for something i did not request
i did not request any service and have bein charged 14.95 to my credit card and i want the charge credited back to my credit card and i do not want anyone from this company to attempt to steal from me again i watch my credit card information religiously and i expect this company to quit trying to steal from me.

Downloads
The site was working fine. However whenever i now try to download anything i get a pinging noise the site freezes and most times i loose any downloads ive managed to get. Despite numerous e mails to contact us I cannot get any reply.
