What the hell is this? where did u get my visa number? and why are you taking money from my acc? STOP it NOW. I am sending a copy of this page to my Ombudsman.

On november 3, 2009. This company made an unauthorized withdrawal transaction from ma checking accounnt . I have no idea of who this company is and why my money was taken if I don't know this people. $69.00 were taken. when I call the 800 number all they told is that I need to fill out a police report to proove that I was not who made the purchase. This is crazy these people some how are using private information to get people money I want my money back. Thanks

i have no idea who or what this company is but there have payments coming out of my bank account that I am sure I did not authorize seeing as how my account is new with this bank. Who do i need to talk to?

Don't know what the charge is for that just showed up on my bank account have had this happen before and it is a real problem and I need to know if you canb tell me who or why the charge was placed on my account?

Please note that I have been charged twice, first time on September 10th from "cs fuel.com" site and the second on Ocetober 15th from "sensible hlp.com" but I have never visited these sites and didn't know it before. I want this to stop immediatley and reimburse me as soon as possible. If another Withdrawal is performed i will do opposition
