Fraud

My firm recently filed a class action lawsuit against NOBEL, NOBELCOM, NOBEL.COM, ENJOYPREPAID.COM alleging that the company cheats purchasers of calling cards by providing less minutes of calling time than advertised. Calling Card

After I had paid $40 for the calling card, I try to call and it did not work. I called them back and they said I was "registered" with another calling card company. I confirmed that this was not true, and asked them for my money back. They bluntly said I would not get my money back. The card does not work and they charged my credit card.
