I bought an expensive tennis braclet (with diamonds) for my wife a couple of years ago from Nobel House.
It broke and stones fell out of it within 6 months.
My wife went to the store to see what they would do to fix the bracelet or get a refund/exchange.
They stated they couldn't/wouldn't take it back because they do not warrent their products.
Zoe said that it appeared that the bracelet had been abused and the damage was my wife's fault - not cheap workmanship or an inferior product.
She did say she could get it fixed for about 1/3rd the orininal cost.
I called and talked with Zoe and she again stated the issue was with my wife abusing the piece and that it was a good prooduct and she does not warrent her products.
Further, she was abrasive and indignant. She refused a refund, exchange, store credit--and even the return of the piece. She is one of the most rude business people I have ever delt with.
We took the piece to another jeweler to get an estimate for repair and were told that it was not worth repairing; that it was a very low quality piece and that they where surprised more stones had not fell out.
Bottom line: Nobel House sold me an expensive piece of junk and then treated my wife and me with contempt and disrespect when we tried come to a reasonable settlement that would work for both parties.
I could not believe that anyone in a business where good customer service and support is key to success would act the way Zoe did.
I will never do business with her and any enterprise she is associated with again and would rather never have to deal with her again. It was not a pleasant experience.
