The noika care centre service is pathetic. I gave me noika handsent with a problem of switching on. My set was under warrenty.The executive at the centre told me that liquid has gone inside the phone and it will be fixed without any charge.
After two days I get a call that I need to pay Rs800 ,when I asked them why they disconnected the phone and when I complained to the head office I was asked to speak to the centre manager.
When we went the executive said phone is working and you can collect it, and you dont have to pay anything, when I checked the phone it was not working, so he told me that he can switch it on but only once, the problem is not fixed.The centre manger then told us now you need to pay Rs1000. They dont stick on their words and can change their statement easily.I never had such a bad experince, infact their were other cutmors also who had the same experience.
Now we will go to consumer foroum, against the noida Nokia care centre who charge as per their wish, and they are making us fool on behalf of esteemed Noika company.Is there any senior official who can help us please contact on 09818449800 . Noida
