I have given my mobile set for the repair (problem was with the software initialization). They (Bizi Communications, Gandhi bazaar, Bangalore) told that they can not repair that s/w problem and took the set to get it repaired by their head office (customer care) in Koramangala, B’lore. After one week I went to collect my hand set. I was really shocked to see the condition of the handset. Complete charging connector was broke and is missing. At that time they have mentioned that the mobile set is beyond repair and asked me to pay Rs.112/- as investigation charges (I have agreed for this before) ..
When I asked about the condition of the mobile and the missing connector instead of replying to my query they were shouting at me and asking for a proof that they have made that .. how can I provide a proof (holly shit) …!! I had a great respect for Nokia it supposed to be a multi billion dollar company and that is the main reason why I bought the mobile by paying nearly Rs.21,000.00 (Model:7710) and I am really not happy and regretting for my decision to buy Nokia and I will not keep mum!
I have only one request I have not taken the delivery and will not take it until it is rectified please do it as soon as possible .. Please take the action…. if it is not done in 3 days… I am going to lodge a complaint to Mr. ARUN SAXENA , International Consumer Rights Protection Council, Thane (West) 400601 and list about your poor quality mobile and service in all the leading web portals. My advice is to stay away from Nokia products and service!
