I've purchased NOKIA SuperNova 7610 handset from NOKIA PRIORITY Dealer 131/16, N.S.C Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040 on 15/06/2009, vide invoice no. 1633 for RS.10, 850. (Rupees Ten thousand Eight hundred Fifty only)
Facing tremendous problems with the set including frequent HANGS.
Reported the problems to the above mentioned Dealer but they have not entertained the complaint. Visited the Service Center, who repaired the set but the problem remains UNSOLVED. They are killing time unnecessarily.
I want the set to be replaced immediately without any further delay.
Kindly let me know what is the USE of purchasing the set from NOKIA & their PRIORITY Dealers if we suffer regularly with the product and on addition proper service is not provided.
I'm confident that an immediate action will be taken.
