Subject : Replacement of Handset Nokia 1650.

Sorry to inform you mam, i purchase Nokia 1650 from PLANET-M store at Airoli, Navi Mumbai on 1, October, 2008 with Warranty of 2 years .
But in a week time (second week of October, 2008) i notice a manufacturing defect of 'Bulging of Key Pad' of my set, on this vendor refuse to admit their fault, n not even ready to fix that, i also give it for granted at that time,
Now again set give a problem of Charging, So i ask him to replace this set as it is Defective Piece.
He again refuse to follow warranty norms (Warranty mentioned on bill upto October, 2010) .

Request you to please have serious action and make my set replaced.
