I am Shijo Mathew from faridabad, I have to lodge a complaint regarding mine new handset of Nokia model no. 2730 classic, which i purchased on 30th of april 2010. and its today 28th may2010 and i have visited to Nokia care centre 3 times from the purchase date for resolving the problem, but the problem remain unsolved.The fault is been found from the date of purchase of the handset.On 7th of may i made a jobsheet for service of mobile regarding problem, fault ringer of handset, bluetooth problem, phone restarts/reboots and phone gets hanged.and i recived my handset back on 11th of may 2010, on a statement that the handset is now ready to use with no fault to it.from the next day onward i faced the same problem as above, but i couldn't visit nokia care while i was out of station.i had a talk to the customer helpline centre for the replace of handset, they requested me to have a visit to nokia care again, and on their request i had a visit again to the care centre regarding same complaint.and me issued the same jobsheet again.(jobsheet no. 106433527/100507/32)
Request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
