STOLEN THE DISPLAY OF MY HANDSET
I gave my mobile(Nokia 3230) to sector16, Faridabad Nokia Care, as there was some software problem .When i went to them after 2days for my mobile they said that my mobile is having some startin problem, which was not exactly, and they keep on delaying by saying that come after few days and so on.The main point of concern is that they have stolen the original display of my mobile.This i have made sure from so many local shopkeepers that my original display has been replaced by Nokia care.
So I Kanika Mathur want the compensation for my mobile as soon as possible.

Stole
My mobile is stolen on 1st December 2007 at Bidhannagor station in West Bengal. The IMEI number is 3545530154344822. Some personal and official data and Picture was stored on my memory card, these documents are very sensitive for me. If you block my memory card then it is really very help full for me. Otherwise I fall in a big tribal. Please inform me that while it is possible or not. Thank you.

Phone is not repaired properly
I had bought nokia 3230 on Oct 2006 for 9500/-.within last 3 months this is the third time its stopped working. It doesn't start up. I went with the same complaint twice before. These people keep it for a week repair it and after 15 days it again stops working. In oct 2007, the warranty period will also expire.
I want them to give me a replacement or else change the motherboard of the cellphone.Its getting really frustrating to travel from thane to parel every fortnight. Anyone suggest what to do.

Bad, defective mobile
Problems are :-
1. battery backup
2. hanging of cell
3. less voice at other end
4. few lights of keypad are always on and few are always off
5. headset problem
6. automatic restart
7. sometimes call is not received when the green button is pressed to pick up the call
8. less sound of speaker
With all these problems i have been suffering for almost last one year. I have gone to the "Nokia Care centre" many times but the result was not satisfactory. The guarantee of the cell is yet to over. Do not buy Nokia, they make bad products!

Same problem twice in new phone
I bought Nokia 3230 in July 2007.
In the first two days itself, it gave me a saftware problem and needed to be replaced.
Barely one month had elapsed since I got the exchanged model when I faced a problem with the screen display (the screen became blank).
After one hour of waiting, I got to speak to the customer care executive. He told me that there is some hardware problem and I will need to leave the phone for atleast 12-15 days. Moreover, they didn't even take my phone that day itself but told me to come again next day (and go through the whole waiting period again) to submit my phone.
So I was forced to part with my phone for atleast 2 weeks without even being provided with a temporary replacement.
Nokia is jsut expandng its operations at the cost of quality. Two new problems in a new phone and that too wthng the frst two months! shocking !

Phone not working
The model which I have is the worst phone ever manufactured by any Company. It hangs all the time, it restarts all the time. Ask what not are the problems I face. I still have the same phone because I want to show the innocent people that NOKIA is cheating the consumers by selling bad and dirty phones. I will surely go to Consumer forum and claim the damages one day. Inspite of giving my phone for repair so many times, there has been no progress.
The phone model is NOKIA 3230.
My dear countrymen, I request you all not to buy Nokia phones. They are not only charging more for the consumer but are also cheating us by not providing good service.

Unrepairable handset
I had a nokia 3230 cellphone which was within the warranty period occurred with a problem with display. It was approached on 10th of july 07 where it was communicated that it will get repaired in 2-3 days time and on request marked as urgent. Now after continuous 12-15 follow ups it was told that its unrepairable and will get replaced at the earliest. Now its 3rd of august today and a very surprisingly i have not recd any info / about the handset replacement. Surprise to see such kind of a consumer attention by the company.

Misbehaving customer care executives!
I have been using a nokia 3230 handset since 8th aug. I once went to customer care center in noida sector-2 to get my cell repaired. There was some minor problem with my handset. But when i received it back, i found out that it had a part not working. I went back to then to make a complaint, and they told me they were sorry for that and would repair it within 1 hr. So they kept me waiting for 1 hr and when i approached to their desk for receiving the cell then they told me that the part is to be replaced with another one which they don't have right now and will arrive tomorrow. So i came next day, and asked for my cell, but again they made an excuse and started making me wait and when after 15 days i didn't get my cell back then i demanded for a replacement. But i didn't get it at once. And for more 2 to 3 days i went there continuously and after so many efforts they game me a replacement for my cell but they did not update it on the internet but they did so on my bill with a stamp of nokia care. the replacement which they gave to me was a 3 month older cell than what i purchased. But when i went to them for the next time to get my cell repaired, they told me that they didn't made any replacement considered to that imei no. And when i showed them the bill with a replacement proof on it, they denied it. I told them that it had a stamp of nokia on it, so then they decided to make a manual jobsheet of my cell. Since then my cell is never repaired completely an every time i make complaints about my cell's problem they never rectify those problems. I have got my cell's amc done and went there once since then but then too they didn't rectify my problem. From then i have left the hope and i m using that cell with all those problems and i got use to it. But till yesterday i tried to connect it to internet and i got freaked out facing so many problem and so i decided to complaint. My cell is not registered at internet that it had an amc done but i have full proof of it. What can i do at this moment. Please help me out smb!
