mobile switched off after 4 or 5 hours
my self moorthy.a from coimbatore... i purc..d my mobile in nokia show room... 2009. model 5310. after 3 months i got a problem like mobile swith off soon that means battery wil dischg soon. so i gave my mobile to v care 408, bharathiyar road, new siddhapudur. coimbatore. tamilnadu. after 2 days they call back and said your mobile is ready like that. so i went there collect my mobil. but after 2 days this problem occur again so i gave my mobile to v care.. like this problem occur 6 to 7 times. it happened dec.2009 to feb 2010. in that time they replace mobile but that replace mobile also have that same problem. then i gave my mobile feb 15 th that same v care.. but lit now im not recive my mobile. if i ask means they wil tel your mobile wil ready on 9 th of march. last 3 to 4 months im not use my mobile in week. ime no . 358002031539897
product code. 0585898 warranty ref= apainy 220670624. what is the solution you took for this prblm. if i ask the solution to nokia care they also told like this. i want my mobile other wise replace or i wil take other model or give back my money.

PHONE RESTART
I tried to set one theme in my 5310 then it showed that it was corrupted . Some of my games and software stoped working. when i press red button to go to standby then my phone restarted afterthat when i restarted my phone then everything was deleted even the tones, themes and music themes of nokia. Now when i apply any themes then it shows that it is corrupted. PLEASE HELP ME!

I am so frustrated
Dear Sir or Madam,
kindly be informed that I bought a (5310 Express Music) Nokia Mobile from Egypt on 19/11/2008 & this cell phone was sent to (RING) -the service center that's responsible of the warranty- 3 seperate times, because the phone couldn't switch off, then it was sent for 3 more times to (Nokia Care) because the phone couldnt switch off again & because of the camera & stayed there for 3 weeks (from 20/8 till 11/9), & after I received it, the camera was down again!, & I handed the mobile on 16/9. Now, they refuse to change the mobile with another one, claiming that the warranty date is 10/9/2009, even though I bought it on 19/11/2008.
I know sir that Nokia is one of the best cell phones in the world, this is why I chose to contact you because I believe you'll have a direct contact with them & will help me to take back my right, thanks a lot for your precious time, & please I would like to have a direct contact from you.

ITS ALMOST 2 MONTHS...STILL I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY HANDSET
MY SET STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS AFTER JST 2 MONTHS OF BUYING IT...I'VE SUBMITTED THE SET TO NOKIA CARE(GARIAHAT, KOLKATA, WESTBENGAL, INDIA) ON 4/07/2009...THE RELATED PROBLEMS AE:- BLACK LINE ON DISPLAY...KEYS DONT WORK. SINCE THE 4TH OF JULY THEY HV BEEN TELLIN ME THAT I'LL BE GETTING MY SET BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS...BT TILL DATE ITS NOT HANDED OVER TO ME...ITS REALLY NOT ACCEPTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE NOKIA...I WOULD EARNESTLY REQUEST TO GET BACK MY SET REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
