I am writing to request advise from you regarding a matter of a mobile phone Nokia 5530 ExpressMusic that I bought at GLAMOUR UK on the 21th November 2009, after three month I got a problem with it, it didn't switch on, return it to them they told me they will send it back to Nokia Care and if they can't repair it they will give me a new one. On the contrary they gave me one which is a second hand and it don't work properly, and also I can't get access to the internet now.
Could you please advise me on how I should proceed now?
