I bought a phone on 29th March from Surya Communications worth Rs 19, 000 with Cash.Bill N#28838.
This phone used to get hang from day one.Around 10 July I went to the shop with a complaint of display error.I was asked to contact Nokia Care center for the comlaint which i did and i gave the phone for repairing.I got my phone back on 22rd july.After swtiching it on i found that the battery was defective.On 23rd July I again deposited my phone to Nokia Center in Sec 14.I was asked to take back and phone and they will replace the battery.Since then I waited till now for the battery.Since 23rd July i must have called and visited Nokia center 10 times but i never got any solution.I was left with no option.I called Nokia Help line for the complaint.Howevevr They always promised to give teh battery on a day but never got a call or the battery till today.At teh nokia Care center they refused to help me stating They are still waiting for the new battery from the Nokia Head office.At last io was tired with all this hassle .To day I found that even the camera is faulty.I went back to teh Nokia center and deposited the phone.They again have aske dfor another 15 days.Howevevr no assurence that the phone would be fixed or replaced.I did not get any call from the helpline so far despite of calling them almost every week since 23rd july.I dont have any phone.My work of line envolves telephonic conversations on daily basis.Due to this hassle i have lost many important assignments in my job.I have visisted teh care cenetr so many times it has given so tremendous mental tension.I can not buy a new phone as i already spent 19, 000 on this.I have already files a complaint in the online consumer court
