I have purchased Nokia Music Xpress 5800. It is within the warranty period. Till date this is third time I have given my phone for repair.
From the date I have purchased it, I am frequently getting connectivity problem . Initially I was thinking that there is a problem with my service provider, but afterward I found that the problem is with my hand set. So I gave my hand set for repairing at your authorized NOKIA care center at Nashik Road " Saideep Enterprises ". But the problem is not solved. And On 30th/08/2010 this was the third time that I gave the hand set with the same NOKIA care center & I was told that I could get delivery after 10/9/2010. They say that, phone has been sent to Poona in factory. Till today I have not received delivery of the phone nor am I getting clear date of delivery. Also the service phone was not available with your care center. I am a businessman & it is not possible for me to do without mobile phone even for a single day. Therefore I had to buy a new mobile phone immediately.
Now it is very late & so you are requested to look into the matter, whether the phone could get repaired or not. Even after buying such a costly phone I am getting problems frequently as a result I'm facing many problems in my day to day business.
I am extremely dis-appointed with your service.
And so I request you to give me another new Mobile phone or repay me the amount of the mobile phone as early as possible.
