i am not a nokia user since i am using mobile but last month i purchase nokia 5800
and at start i get the problem with my 5800xm that when i call anyone and when anyone call me
there is very bad noise
i think that is a mic problem so i send my phone for claiming to rawalpindi nokia care center after 1 week the send my phone back i insert my sim to the phone but when i call to my friends they can not hear me then i send my phone again to the nokia care center
they have no solution of this fault that, s for they send my nokia 5800 to the lahore nokia care center but after tow and half week the are saying that they have no solution of this little fault
does any one help me that how can i solve this problem i am tired
and also i have no mobile to connect to my friend and family plz if anyone help

I had bought my nokia 5800 xpressmusic in jan 2009 since then itself i had started having problems of that mobile. At first there was problem with the head speaker whenever i put the phone on ear to talk i cudnt hear anything. However i managed to get it changed. thn on other same device i still hav PROBLEM WITH THE LOUD SPEAKER IN WHICH WHEN I USE IT THE OTHER PERSON CUDNT HEAR MY VOICE. When i told nokia care the answer i got is "SIR, ITS LIKE OUR FINGERS, IF ONE IS TALL OTHER CAN BE SHORT" meaning i have to use such phone as nokia can have such mistakes. Within few days MY SCREEN WENT BLANK. It was sent to your head office for repairs which came in 15 days. It also had dust particles within the touchpad.Then after few days a SOFTWARE ERROR TURNED UP. And after it got solved i am right now having some screen problem in which I CANT SEE ANYTHNG AND ONLY LINES APPEAR which clear up sometimes PLUS THERES AN INSECT IN MY CAMERA. My mobile serial no is 354182022837734. and no. of jobworks done is 6 in 6 months. what a mobile!! have put a photograph of the insect which is somewhere deep in lens.if you want to spot its just to left of window seen in photograph.

I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA 5800 FROM JUMBO ELECTRONICS, JAIPUR ON MONDAY, 20/07/09 EVENING ON WEDNESDAY I DISCOVERED A SMALL SPOT ON ITS SCREEN, SO I GAVE IT BACK TO THE STRORE . THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO YHE MATTER AND TELL ME ON THURSDAY BUT TODAY IS SATURDAY AND THEY ARE INCREASING THE DATE...
AS IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED
