blue tooth
I have been to the fone shop, Wellington Road, Stockport with the problem with my phone. It turns off with the blue tooth connection in operation in my car. I have tried this systmem with 4 different types of blue tooth devices. The last device is a Nokia BH/104 head set. It is still faulty as it switches itself off when in operation with the phone on when the battery is fully charged. I took it back on several occasions to the above fone shop but the fault still remains. In the end I took the phone back from where i purchased it, which was the Carphone Wearhouse on Mill Street, Macclesfield, where they sent it off for repair. After the repair I took the phone back as it was still faulty, and had a heated conversation with one of the persons working at the shop. I told him that the phone was still faulty. He then informed me that the phone was not switched on to automatic connection, so I took the phone back and tried it but it still has the same problem. I feel that going to your Customer Care Service Centres, the phone is still faulty and I am not getting any satisfaction from them. So I am getting in touch with Nokia direct, because this problem has been going on since last October, when I purchased the phone. The phone is faulty and I want a new phone. As I am a taxi driver and I use this phone daily, if I am caught by the police using the phone without the blue tooth in operation, and using it as a hand held set, I would be breaking the law and therefore would take legal action against your company because it is not my problem, it is a problem with the phone. Will you please contact me.
