I took a contract with 3. I am having problem with my hand set several times. I did send it for repair sevaral times at 3 repair center. Every times they say it has been repaired but unfortunately I am having the same switching off by itself, the phone freeze and network connection error. when I rang them, they talk very rudely to me.Now they are proposing me and extra six months contract for a new handset and they themselves have agreed that there's a fault in the handset which the representative who rang me today 21/12/09 confirmed which is from Nokia. when I said to the representative that I will complain she said do what ever I want!
How can I take an extra six month on my contract which is supposed to end next year 2010. When they confirmed that the problem is in the handset, which they gave me.
I am looking forward for an answer and help with my problem.
