TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

I am very depressed and mentally harassed by one of NOKIA's Service Center. They are STAR MOBILE Pvt. Ltd. located at G-26, Lower ground floor, South Extension Part 1, New Delhi- 110049, INDIA.
I deposited my Handset NOKIA 6265 at this service center on 10th December 2007. My JOB SHEET No. is 393434038/071210/15. I still did not receive my Handset back.
I visited the center endless times, called local police twice.
The Managers over there give me written commitments on the SERVICE JOB SHEET for many times. They duly signed under that. But the NOKIA's valiant Managers always deceived their promises, they made written false commitments.

The customer care of NOKIA is even not ready to give me update on my compaint number 2-2PIL37.

When I called up the customer care number for help, they told me that the mentioned JOB SHEET Number is already closed and they can't help me out.
The handset I deposited had NO SCRATCHES on it, but the handset service center wanted to replace was full of scratches and was a scrap set which is repaired by Nokia engineers.
I spent Rs15800 on this handset then why should I take second hand handset????

I am emailing this to you because it is my last hope as I am completely convinced that I have to visit the HUMAN RIGHTS Dept and the CONSUMER COURT for further action as I have all written proofs with me. I attach the JOB Sheet for your review which had the signatures and commitments of NOKIA Managers.
