Sub: Replacement of Swap Handset Model No.6270.

I Purchased a Nokia 6270 mobile, from the NOKIA PRIORITY SHOW ROOM, On 21/02/2006 a problem raised with my phone & I immediately bring HCL Nokia Care, opp: SARASWATHI THEATRE VISAKHAPATNAM. and they gave me a job sheet vide no.4201011857 Dated.23.10.06 at the time of depost my mobile HCL people told me it will take 3 Days for carry repairs, after three days I visited so many times to Nokia care center regularly but no use. After 20 Days HCL executive Archana told me my hand set was swapped and with in four days I will get a new hand set, after that so many times visited your office / care canter. Finally Mr. Chadra Sekhar committed to give hand set on 20.12.06 at 1230 Pm, on 20Th I visited HCL Nokia care center they try to give hand set (heavily used) with key pad & on /off switch damaged. I refused to take that hand set and demanded for brand new handset other wise my old hand set with fully working condition.

I have submitted my mobile for repair on 18 sep 2006 at Nokia Care, Mira Road(E) Dist : Thane. 401107. But after some time they told me that it will take 22 to 25 days to rectify the problem or else they asked me to visit Nokia Care, Marol Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Problem Narration: Handset Speaker not working Properly

On 22 sep 2006 I have submitted my mobile at Nokia care, Andheri. And they told that it will be rectified and expected return date will be 27TH sep 2006.
But at the time of collection i noticed that the speaker is working fine but my mobile software got damaged i.e date and time problem , messaging problem and also mobile hang

Again Next day i.e on 29th Sep 2006 I have submitted my handset for software problem and they asked me to come back on 03 OCT 2006

But later on I noticed that my software is working properly but volume played on my hands free is too low when i contacted Nokia care the apologise for the same ( they told me it is again software problem ) and asked me to submitted my handset .

On 17th Oct 2006 I have submitted my handset for the same problem as mentioned above and the asked my to come back on 20 oct 2006 .

At the time of collection I found that my problem is not solved by service engineer and also my mobile is not working properly i.e SOFTWARE is not working properly.

AGAIN on 31st oct 2006 i have submitted my handset
as my right side speaker is not working , my handsfree volume is verly slow we cant listen mp3 song and software problem
They asked me to come back on 3rd nov 2006. BUT till date i.e1 13th nov 2006 my mobile is under repair and everday they are asking me to come on next day

In between i have contacted many time at nokia company (tel no. 18004253388) but same answer as expected by me "your handset is under repair "

Keeping the view of above story I came to know that from last 50 days my mobile is not working properly and

This type of poor service and poor response is not acceptable for ant reputed company like Nokia
Only because of the negligencies of few people , company reputation get suffered

I have purchased nokia 6270 handset within 1 month it has COMPLAINT BUT i given to repair after words it has been working and after few days it has repaired 2 times only in 1 month,a nd again it not working, now aqain i have given to celltime nokia service center @ shimoga to repair on the date 25 sep 2006 , but it has been not ready until 27 oct 06.

I bought a Nokia 6270 phone from Mobilenxt Teleserveices Pvt. Ltd, City Centre Mall, Gurgaon, Tin No. 06511826136, code is 357579006545695. After a one week time, the network of phone was nil even after a full charge, I tried by reset to factory settings, it works for sometime, but again after a day or two, same problem occured. I give it to NOKIA service centre, old delhi-guraon Road, they hav told the set will go to Delhi and they will call me when the work is done. I didn't get any call till 10 days, then I call them and come to know that my mobile set came back after repair. I got the phone and when checked, found that they have nothing, means same problem persist so far.

I have expand too much for this mobile and I don't expect this kind of service from NOKIA, now I don't want to give it again to service center and want my cell phone replaced either with the same set or, if this kind of problem is there with all 6270, then replace it with other Nokia set.
