1. I have purchased nokia 6300 hansdet on 02 March 2009. From the begining itself I was having problems of poor battery backup and very low sound from loudspeaker.
2. Several times I have contacted nearest nokia care and enquired for the above mentioned reasons, they have just updated the software version and said now the problem has been rectifyied.
3. Once again for above mentioned reason on 07 Aug 09 I contacted nokia care ( phoenix services, 888 Khawaspura, Faizabad - 224001 Uttar Pradesh ). I told the problem related to poor battery backup and low sound from loudspeaker. Inspite of the problem related to battery they took only transreciever and returned the battery to me wihout checking battery and I was provided with a jobsheet no.708504886/090807/20 dated 07 Aug 09 without mentioning the problem loudspeaker with target delivery date of 07 Aug 09 .
4. I visited the nokia care on 07 Aug 09 but the handset was not ready for delivery and I was asked to come on Monday i.e. 10 Aug 09.
5. On 10 Aug 09 at around 1356 Hrs when I went to the nokia care to take the delivery of my handset I found my handset was tampered while doing repairing since there were several scratches (One major scratch on A pannel near USB port, several minor scratches near upper portion of ON/OFF switch). In addition to that there were lots of thumb impressions on inner LCD.
6. When I told the matter to the concern dealing person, he refused to accept the fault done while repairing the handset. when asked for the complaint book and nokia care manager neither complaint book was provided not the manager came forward. Every staff in the nokia care start acting as manager and started giving excuses for the mistakes. At about 1500 hrs I made a call to your customer care and tolt the matter then manager came forward and accepted his service centre fault. On the instruction of Mr. Abid form customer care I refused to take the delivery of my handset and asked the manager to replace the pannel of mobile and arrange the delivery before 13 Aug 09 as I was leaving for Srinagar(J &K), the same was promissed by the manager of nokia care Mr. Vipin Pandey. In the same regards a complaint was logged by Mr. Abid form customer care with no. 17748967803.
7. From 10 Aug 09 onwards I have made several calls to nokia care regarding the delivery of my handset before or on 13 Aug 09 as I was leaving for Srinagar(J &K).
8. On 13 Aug 09 evening I came to know they will not be able to deliver the handset on 13 Aug and again promissed for delivery on 14 Aug 09 but unfortunately nokia could not keep the promises and On 14 Aug 09 I left for Srinagar(J &K) without handset.
9. Everytime nokia is promissing for a delivery date and failing for the delivery of the handset. Twice they have broken there promissed date of delivery.
10. You are kindly requested to look into the matter at the earliest and arrange the delivery of the handset.
