	October 23, 2007 Nokia BL-5C Battery not working properly TO Nokia Customer Care Centre Mumbai The BL-5CBattery replaced by another one ,but the same too not properly w orking and storing the charge in aproper way .I think that the battery supplied is not a new one and it may be a used one or defective one . please do the needful to replace the battery at the earlist N.I.Alexander Qtr No:147, Type III New Qtrs CPWD Qtrs .Seminary Hills Maharastra, Pin 440 006 Mobile No :9422822156
	September 3, 2007 Not received battery till date I have registered on nokia default battery site on approx 15 days, till date i have not received the fresh battery and i am till date using the default battery. Very poor service.
	August 29, 2007 Non replacement of BL-5C battery I had sent 3 mails but Nokia don't bother to reply. Their Marketing Director claims in TV shows all good things about Nokia but the reality seems to be totally different! I have enlisted for replacement of my existing BL-5C battery (No. 0670400363563N037722605960) on 14.08.07 but nothing happened till today. I wanted to know if I can continue using my existing battery but they don't reply. Could someone please help me to know how much more time is needed for a replacement?
	August 27, 2007 Battery replacement problem I have filled up online registration form for replacement of my battery. To my surprise so far i have not recd. any reply nor battery. Poor Nokia service!
