Mobile Hangs - repeated problem
Its a C7 new mobile bought a month back. It hangs suddenly when i use it. It was given for service on the same and its repeated. Request anybody who is reading this should escalate and i cant live a problem like this after spending somuch of monies. am sure somebody will revert. My C7 is given for service again @ Nokia Care - Vanastalipuram.

why its take 3 weeks for changing cover or other parts? Do they have specific period like how many days for repairing otherwise than wait they call customer even if new set phone problem?

No switched On from the first day
I bought the mobile nokia c7 with one year warranty. and i bought it on 29th january 2011 and the same day when i was using the mob is got stuck for 1 hour and switched off. but then it switched on again.then it switched off after soem time and remains witched off for last two.still its switched off. i wen to Sharaf DG as bought it recently and i was not expecting dis kind of bad product having from SHARAF DG. so i asked the customer service represenatative to kindly replace my mob and giveme the new one he totally refused to do that and said that he il take it and give me back after twenty days.which is such a bullshit thing to do.how can i remain without my mob for 20 days.thier customer service is good for nothing and he was not even ready to give me any mob on stand buy. i took it back home to to switched on it again an again but i tried thousands times its not owrking .now i il take it to some private shop where i can fix it with in hours may be.what the use for their warranty.bad services they have.and worst electonic shop u ever deal with.

New Purchaesed Mobile
Recently I purachesed brand new devloped mobil, Nokia C7 from Dubai, UAE through Axioum Nokia dealer . unfortinatlly this mobil is not working, the same was retuerned to axioum but they reject to take it and advice to hand it over to Nokia Care center in Dubai with very bad attitued from the dealer. I apporach Nokia care center and give them the new mobil and they informed with strange languag and attitued that it will take between 3 to 7 days to fix it which I surprise from one leading Company such NOKIA having this approach with the customer considering that the mobil is brand new and never used. I was visited sevral sites and alot of peolpe complaints from the bad services provided by Nokia care centers in many places which I think company like Nokia should take step a head in resolving such issue.
