nokia care not returned my mobile phone

i have given my nokia mobile to repair in nokia care in panjakutta, hyderabad. october 2007. they ask me to come after 10 to collect my mobil. on prescribed day i went and asked my moble they said m mobile does not comes under warenty and asked to come after 5 days o collect my mobile. after 5 days i went asked the mobile they said that mobil was damaged it is not possible to give my mobile back. my contact no. is 9989490402.
please help me to get back my mobile.

Poor service

I submitted my handset nokia 3230 for repair on 29.12.2006 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 01.01.2007. But my handset is still not repaired.there is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 days. When I inquired again I was told it will take another week.

I am totally dissatisfied.
