more than 2 weeks, still not got battery replaced
I Submitted the Nokia BL4C Battery for replacement in Nokia Care on 13th Nov. Its 29th Nov and still they are saying that battery has not come yet. Everyday i am calling Nokia care center for enquiry but everyday the same status is responded from their side that still it has not come. I am facing lot of problem with this. The Nokia care service in Rohtak is very pathetic. They take too much time for the things to get replaced(around 3 weeks or more).

the above address is of the shop which is trying to fool us. my imei no.is 354863021050284, , job sheet no. 450504867/100805/6, i submitted my mobile to care at 5/8/10 they said display had to be changed so they changed the display again after 2 days that same problem occured again they suggested that the display had to be changed and after completing formalities the bill was paid again the problem occurred in my cell and i went again to the above address they said IC has to be changed and now today when i went to the shop i noticed that out of the four screws of my N96 slider one screw was broken ie.its base was broken. when i asked how? they said that it was broken already whichwas a damn lie.then i said when i gave this mobile twice before that time it was not broken and how now? they were not ready to accept their mistake and said that to change the slider and i have to pay rs.850 . sir from the day i had purchase mobile i am fed up of such problems.they just try to fool customers they try to put on unnecessary charges one by one and why should we pay the money for their mistake till now i spent 5420rs. for my cell problem.
firstly the distributer Mr.Durgadas, mob no.9435355345, Shivasagar, Assamfrauded me i purchased this mobile from assam on 09/01/08 and handed such type of handset to me the time i purchased this mobile the software prblm occured within 24 hrs so to tackle the problem he kept my handset till one month and gave me bill after 3 months that to the name of the another shop the name of the shop is:

and now these nokia care also are trying to betray me.and they are not ready to listen and taking my problem lightly sir i handle minimum 20000 mobile connection in BSNL i never thought that nokia care will give such unsatisfactory, poor and ill services to consumers. if necessary action is not taken early i have to move to consumer court and have to organize a press conference against nokia company.

UNSATISFACTORY AND FRAUD CARE SERVICES
Respected Sir,
I, Ramkrushna.E.Nandanwar, SDE, BSNL, Nagpur beg to state that NOKIA CARE services are not aware of their responsibilities they are betraying customers.Sir there was some problem in my cell phone NOKIA N-96 after disscussing with nokia care it came to be known that due to one software cell phone was hanged, so software was changed but after this keypad was not following the software so keypad also has to be changed.after above process i have paid the bill and fullfill required process honestly but they betrayed us they fooled us the keypad was not at all changed and after complaining about this matter they started misbehaving with me and used bad language and said, 'GO TO HELL'.and they themselves are confused they are reporting wrong problems in our mobile just to gain money.
Is this the way to talk with consumers?it was unexpected they are destroying the name of this company.we tried hard to get rid of this problem but all in vain.Sir i hope u will help us to solve this problem if certain actions are not taken then we have to move to consumer court.

replacement of parts
I have a nokia n81. have been after nokia care centres in chennai for a front cover panel for the last 3 months. their response is pathetic. they dont have the stock. when i ask for the cost, each nokia care centre is quoting different rates ranging from 1200 to 2800 rs. within a year of having bought a phone, I am unable to use it for the last 3 months nad nokia care is just not bothered. RUDE BRANCH MANAGER
I have a Nokia Supernova 7210c that was submitted for software problems at Nokia Care, Lahore for about six times. Time and time again i was assured that the problem would not recur. I even met the Branch Manager and told him about the problem but he was quite rude and told me that he could do nothing about the problem and that it would be better that i sold the mobile rather than annoy him. I am a harrased and abused customer who hopes that some thing is done to reign in such people who dont help or assist customers.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
A week back i went to collect my mobile which was two weeks over due. However to my disgust my NOKIA 6300 mobile hand set had still not been repaired as there were no available lcd's. I was frustrated and angry and the female customer service attendant namely Raheela was not that helpful either. She told me that nothing could be done and that i should not waste her time by 'fussing' about. And that i was spoiling other customers sitting there. It seems strange that such a big name namely NOKIA would hire Customer service attendants who are so rude and who cant empathize with customers.

I paid for the NOKIA 6300 handset with my hard earned mobile and if it is not fixed in two weeks i should get a new one. Moreover it is an enigma as to what sort of brains are behind the NOKIA CARE OUTLET In lahore because the female lasses at the front desk are quite rude and appalling.

rude female customer service executives
two days back i went to Nokia Care( Lahore, Pakistan) to ask whether my E-90 communicator had been fixed as its mic was out of order. It had been 3 weeks and my mobile had not been returned. The female attendant by the name of Fatima told me that it had not been done and that i should not be appalled as it was a common thing their that mobiles took a long time to fix. She then told me that i should hurry up my matter and leave the seat as she had other customers to attend to. She was quite rude and apparently had no manners and moreover no idea of what customer service is. Please look into the matter as I am just one of the many customers who might have suffered on account of a rude customer service attendant.

No response from nokia care
Hi..
This sanjeev Kumar from Bangalore.
I had got problem in enhancement of my cell connectivity.
I have given my cell to Nokia care 22 july but till now i didn't get my cell.
They are not responding any thing simply telling connectivity port is not available now.
So please help me regarding this.
They are not doing proper work on that.

Theft at nokia care
I have given my nokia 3230 for a repair in the month of august. I was told that it will take couple of days for the update. After 15 days i got a call from nokia care and i was informed that the total charges would be INR3700.00. I told them not to repair and return back the handset. After 5 follow ups, i got my handset after a month. That person handed the handset after taking the receipt from me. I went to a near by shop for the repair and i was shocked to hear that the speaker and other important gadgets were stolen. I immediately called the nokia care and she told me that she cant help me unless and until i have the bill.

Whom should we contact for such a kind of Cheat?
