My Nokia CDMA 3155 set is a flap phone and when the flap broke out, i took it to NOkia care at Shaheed Bhagat Singh center.
There i was given the assurance that within a wee pls check up for ur set, coz the work involves jus a body change and the then they might do a software checking also. to see, if there are any other difficulty.
Owign to an urgency of getting it repaired quickly, i very promplty a yes for the services,even thought they charged me with Rs. 2300 (which seems to be quite unreasonable, seeing the nature of problem and market value of the set)
Now its more than 3 months and i dont have a clear status, infact i doubt that my cell has been misplaced or not.
More than 15-20 times i have visited that place and what u find are very cold people sitting on the delivery counter, who are being paid for just passing the slip and come back with the age old answer "Ma'am set theek hoke nahin aaya hai....kuch nahin kah sakte kab aayega..........abhi tak headoffice se nahin aaya hai....next monday pukka aajayega".....
forget the employees.. the center head Hemant GUlati, despite his commitments that surely it'll be coming next week and this time u need'nt come so far.. we'll delvier it to ur doorsteps are all damn fake like the company...
IT not just me, whenver i used to go the CP center, i found atleast 2-3 people complainign about similar problem like mine
I seriously seriously doubt the very authenticity of that center....I dunno other centers are such or not, but for sure, i am not going to buy or recommend any for NOkia handsets........
