I have purchased Nokia 5130 on 15/12/2009 from Telephone Shoppe (Pune, Sadashivpeth) in Rs.5500. when i asked them to provide me the fresh piece they told this is the last piece which they have.
They have mentioned the chager number on the slip 4818719455200812970/0675605. On 6/06/2010 i found charger is not working i went to replace that charger in Nokia care point they told me they have provided me wrong charger whose number is 3943499324180502120/0675605. So i approch teleshoppe that you have provided me wrong charger so kindly mentioned the right charger number on the slip and stamp on it.
They refused and strated giving me explanations that its your mistake or chrger got replaced. I told him its not possible so they said i will not stamp on it.
That shop is really pathatic they dont have varities of Nokia Cell phone so custumer have no choice to chose between 2-3 series of Nokia cellphones. Also they have many series of Samson cellphones and really forced me to buy that phone and they were provide annonimous discount on it. But as i was very satified with Nokia quality i prefered to purchase Nokia.
Now neither they are cooperating with me neither they are providing me the real charger.
Pathatic shop, pathetic services. Cheat custoomers nicely.
