In July this year I got myself the new Nokia 6234 from a Vodasahop in the East Rand Mall on the East Rand. About three weeks back my charger started to give me some problems and now this charger don’t want to charge my phone at all. I have telephonically enquired from this shop where I spoke to Mavis. They then informed me that I would have to purchase a new one. I have inquired from a Vodashop close to us in the Festival Mall and they told me that this charger would cost me about R188.00 to replace.
I find this is unacceptable for a charger to work for three months and then I have to replace this out of my own pocket. I just wanted to bring this matter to attention and I am awaiting your speedy reply.
