Their customer service is horrible. Below is my exchange with them via e-mail for your amusement:
ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
[Message: Phone is less than 1 year old. Phone is randomly rebooting. Some days it is OK other days it might reboot e.g. 3 times within one hour.
It is a "soft" reboot, that is I am not asked for the SIM PIN or phone PIN but the phone screen does go black and then it goes to the white screen with the NOKIA logo.
I have already attempted to reset the phone and erase all data and the issue persists. Furthermore, I am not using any 3rd party applications.
I am in Miami, FL and I have heard there are problems with WCDMA on the E71 and 6555 phones in certain GSM networks that have 3 WCDMA carriers.] [Server:daenusaweb12---1414708187]

I am specifically seeking more information regarding the issues users in Miami, FL are having with their phones. AT&T has discontinued their E71 phone because of this.
As stated in the previous email my software is already up to date and I have done a reset of the phone.
Sent from a Nokia E71.

Thank you for your response. We are glad that you are choosing Nokia for your mobile needs.
With regard to your inquiry about the issues with the device regarding the WCDMA in Miami, we would like to inform you that currently we have no information regarding the issue concerning the WCDMA. Regarding the E71x it was manufactured by Nokia but was configured by AT&T, we suggest you to check with AT&T the WCDMA in Miami, currently the WCDMA of E71x is 850/1900 MHz, HSDPA, it might be that the WCDMA is different in Miami than your phone supports.
I hope the information provided proves useful.

NOKIA: If you are reading this your lack of customer service is causing me to send in my perfectly fine (well except for the rebooting thing, which is a network issue so the rumors on the internet state) phone for repair and I will continue to do so until the warranty expires or you acknolege there is a problem and offer a solution such as a firmware update that fixes the issue or an offer to replace the phone with one that works properly.
