Worst repairing services
I face the problem with my brand new Nokia E-50. Still it is in the warranty period. Actually there is some problems with keypad which does not work properly. I was unable to unlock my mobile.

I submitted it to the one of the Nokia center in India, Ahmadabad. Its Bohra Communication, authorizes nokia care center They send it for the repairing to the company.

But after the period of 20 days still they do not respond me very well about the status of my cell. I have ticket to USA on 10th August. But still I don't know whether I will receive it before departing or not.

This is really worst experiences with the Nokia care.

I really apologizes for sending this email to you and taking your valuable time for a few moments to share my nokia E-50 Product experience as well as customer service experience to you. I been trying to send the emails to Nokia/India through website, But i am getting Undeliverable emails.

Writing email/ Sending Fax to Nokia with very dissatisfaction with E-50 Series, Mobile warming up and low performance, Requesting for Refund because of possible safety hazard with prolonged usage.

I would like to bring my Nokia E-50 product experience as well as customer service experience to you. I have been trying to send the emails to Nokia / INDIA [www.nokia.co.in/support ] through Nokia Website, But i am getting Undeliverable Emails. [Sending the Undeliverable Email Report].

I would request you to take necessary actions on this issue/request, Please forward this letter to the Nokia Asia-Pacific Regional Head Offices/ Nokia Head Office Finland as well as to the below executive officers.

1. Mr. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, President and CEO of Nokia Corporation
2. Dr. Kai ?ist?m? - Executive Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Phones,
3. Mr.Robert Andersson - Executive Vice President, Customer and Market Operations.

This year I purchased [1112,1600 and E-50 Series] 3 Nokia Mobile Phones and I am very happy to say Nokia Mobiles are excellent and stable performance so far in my overall mobile usage experience. But Recently I purchased the Nokia E-50 Series Mobile facing technical problems and I am very disappointed, On November 12th, 2006, I purchased a Nokia E-50 Series [Model: Nokia_E50 /IMEI: 51895010285623] at a retail shop in Chennai/INDIA, On the same day I found mobile has display problem and the next day I explained to the retailer and replaced another mobile. Then, initially the battery performance is not good and not stable; I thought it may need to recharge three or four times to bring the battery performance stable as I discussed with Nokia Technical service team. Since November 12th, 2006, the
battery performance is the same as I said battery performance is not stable and gets heated up, If the talk time reaches 30 minutes, mobile gets warmed up and slowly generates temperature.

But I was impressed to buy the E-50 Series Mobile because of Power management specification given by nokia web site, It is really incredible power management performance, But it is not working for me, This week, I contacted your customer service department over the phone on Nov 20th, 22nd ,23rd and 24th 2006 for replacement the new mobile or refund my full money, on each of those occasions, your customer service representative suggested me to insert another nokia battery with the same specification and check the performance and they denied my request either ways Refund/Replace. As your customer service suggested to me, I checked the power performance using another battery. But its not making big difference, again I was very disappointed. Today, I asked that my money be refunded since I am unable to
use the same mobile with the current performance, I am also very much worried, if the prolonged usage of this model/Piece may cause safety hazard to me.

I am writing you to request that my money be refunded in full. I cannot use the same mobile without the stable performance. Since it is 11 days old mobile. Please reply me back for where do I need to send the box for refund. Also tried to reach call Nokia Asia-Pacific Regional Head Offices with this number +65 6723 2323, But out of hours.
