	RAJEEV GUPTA January 26, 2010 no response from nokia care office RESPECTED SIR, I PURCHASED A NOKIA E-71 ALMOST 6 MONTHS AGO HAVING THE IMEI NUMBER AS 351940035009036 AFTER FEW WEEKS IT STARTED ENCOUNTERING PROBLEMS.SO WE SUBMITTED THE PHONE IN YOUR NOKIA CARE OFFICE AT SOLAN(H.P.) 1 MONTH AGO.BUT THEY ARE NEITHER GIVNG US THE PHONE NOR THEY ARE GIVING US ANY RESPONSE.I M FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITHOUT MY PHONE. SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INFORM US AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. YOURS FAITHFULLY VINAY GUPTA
	vikeshk August 25, 2009 Poor Service i bought an E-71 two months back and the camera stopped working one month later. i gave it to nokia care centre in Jaynagar bangalore and they said they have to send it to the back office to get it repaired. It is been a month now and they still say it is under repair. The Job sheet number is49946555009072536 the complaint number is 1-7770470372. They never give me a satisfying answer whenever I call them and the local nokia care centre in bangalore dont know the where abouts of my phone. please some body help. I am planning to take this issue to the consumer court. Can any one please advise me on this???
