I purchased a NokiaE71 in November of 2010 and had to return it to WalMart two days later because it was defective. I exchanged it for a new one and have had problems ever since. The GPS doesn't work properly, I can't get on the web etc.., and this is supposed to be the top of the line for $199.99. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with the Philippines and was supposed to get a new replacement phone shipped to me . Just one catch, I have to ship my defective phone back to them first and I need my phone because I'm a heart patient. I recently moved and the carrier for the Nokia doesn't have towers here so I was told I would have to purchase a new phone by the supervisor in the Customer Service Center in the Philippines. Straighttalk might be a bargain for the $45, but it is a nightmare to get any co-operation from Customer Service. Like the saying goes, "if it's too good to be true it isn't"
