I am grieved at the service provided by your service department. They once "REPAIRED" and gave me back after a week, some time later stop working. Now they are guiding me to go to another Nokia Care Centre to "REPAIR" again. I am the busy person cannot spare my time and conveynce to go to and fro. Why not ask them to give me New Handset. Please take immdiate action.
