MEMORY CARD NOT WORKING

I M USING NOKIA E5 PHONE AND PURCHASED IT IN NOV 10, EARLIER I WAS HVNG E 63 SET. NOW SUDDENLY ALL DATA OF MEMORY CARD GOT LOST AND SHOWING AS MEMORY CARD NOT INSERTED INSPITE THE CARD WAS THERE IN THE PHONE.
WE VISITED UR NOKIA CARE ENTRE AT SUKHDEV MARKET, NEAR DEFENCE COLONY, NEW DELHI, THEY DIDNT CHECK THE PH AND ASK ME TO PAY 1650/- TO GET THE FRONT PANEL REPLACED FRST AS THR WAS A SLIGHT CRACK.
THEN WE WENT TO O 9 LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI, NOKIA CARE THEY FORMATTED THE PHONE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS THE SAME AND AGAIN IT IS SHOWING AS MEMORY CARD NOT INSERTED.
THIS TYPE OF HELL BEHAVOIUR IS GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS, I WANT TO GIVE MSG THAT NOBODY SHOULD GO WITH NOKIA COMPANY WHO IS NOT OFERING AFTER SALES SERVICE, THEN WHY TO SPEND A LOT IN THSE TYPE OF MOBILEPHONES.

FAULTY HANDSET!!!

Hi,

I purchased this Nokia hanset-2630 on 31st Oct. 2007, from " The Mobile Store" , Shop no. 2, Malviya Nagar.After using the phone for just couple of days i found some problems in this particular set. They were:
1. Battery back too low- if the phone is full charged and if it used continously for even half and hr the battery gets discharged.(whether i am talking on the phn or listening to FM)
2. Incorrect time of Sent Messages- Whatever messages i send it never shows me the correct time, in the sense, the time of the delivery of the message is always incorrect.
After realising these faults in this set i took the phone to The Mobile Store shop but they backed out saying its not their responsibility but i have to take it to nearest Nokia Care which is in Malviya Nagar itself.
After that i gave this set to Nokia Care 3 times and everytime i was told that now my phone is functioning properly...BUT.....its been almost 3and1/2 months and NONE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THIS FAULTY HANDSET HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!....Also i gave my handfree to Nokia Care as it was also faulty but havent received it till date.......!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Nokia for the last 6 yrs...Is this the kind of Product and Service expected from the leading brand which says that they are world leader in mobilty????

do let me know how can my problem be resolved........
