I am a student of Gujarat State in Gandhinagar State. I have purchased a Mobile phone from Ahmedabad District of Gujarat State on 8th June, 2009. On the very next day my mobile phone shown the signs of mistakes like when ever I pressed a software it showed something another menu which i wanted. Second my mobile battery was going down without any use of my mobile . Still i used to charge every morning but then also after 1 or two hours after it battery signs shows down only.
At that time I went to the Customer Relationship Centre of Ahmedabad where i purchased my mobile phone. They assured me that we will give u the mobile phone to ypu after one week but till then after a two months going for it nothing has happened to it. I again and again try to talk with the Customer Service people but they are not at all reponsding to me nicely.
At last they gave me the Nokia Customer Support e-mail address saying that please fill a form in the Nokia Complain Form then your mobile company will give u the reply to you soon. So now Iam waiting for u . I have a one request to the Company that to please change my Mobile or give back my money which i have spend for it
