Sir,
I purchased a nokia mobile- 6303 classik
on 7.08.09, which became totally non functional
w.e.f.-8.08.09. Seller says it will be replaced,
but he declines to give any receipt for the
mobile and reluctant to cooperate.
What should I do, as he is not reliable to be
handed over the mobile without any paper of receipt?
Kindly guide me proper.
