Here at VAPI-396195 (GUJARAT) almost 1year back NOKIA customer care has started and this was tehe 3rd incident i visited.
Even your frontdesk officer who are so called NOKIA Employee a WORLD GIANT in MOBILE handset's employee don't know how to deal with the customer in this cut throat competitive market "CUSTOMER is the KING" your people are so rude they dont know even how to talk! Seating on a Chair they feel them selves as like they are the rulers.
Let me tell u this fact that in this competetive world customer is the only king just bcoz this incident happened to me 2nd time i will never recommend nokia to anybody as they dont consider cusotmer as part of their family but made us feel like we mad the biggest mistake after purchasing nokia products and asking for service. Really noone can tolerate such misbehaviour who dont know how to respect.
