useless phone
i was always a big fan of nokia,eversince the release of their 1610 back in the early 199o's,every year i upgraded with the new nokia models,but im realy disapointed with my new n70,it takes forever to request the pin code,it freeze time and again,i have 1 song and about 50 pitcures but my memory says i must delete some files,im having constant battery problems,my latest problem was that my phone didnt want to charge,seeing that its under warranty,i took it to vodacom(westgate)for repairs.I waited nearly a month to find out my phone had water damage?i could not believe it cause in treasure my phone like my child,and shockingly,had to pay R58 charge fee as my warranty doesnt cover water damage.Soon afterwards i overheard at a local cellphone repair shop that another customer had the exact same problem,water damage,without water involved.Nw my next upgrade wud definatly not be a nokia,they lost my respect,it may be their software or people they employed to manage their products,but if you cant keep youre loyal customers happy,then very soon,Nokia is going to be in the history books.

Selling duplicate products at its nokia care!
I am to going to sue nokia i had bought n70 a year back as few days back my display went blank, so i went to nokia care andheri. They replaced my display for rs 2000 they gave me my phone back after a week and gave the bill for the same but those bit**es broke my whole phone. So some features were not working when i went to Nokia head office they gave me proof in writing that the display nokia care replaced for me, was duplicate. So now i am gonna sue those bi**hes i have already registered and fir at police station and same has been registered at consumer court.

Nokia is a cheater!

The handset is not ok and yet delivered
This mandvi chauhan, i bought a new nokia n70 me on july 1 at 10pm and used it for 3 - 4 days. And on july 9 at around 1am i called and had a conversation from this phone. After that i put my set on table and went to sleep. Next morning when i got i found the set aws switched off.. So i thought might that might be there is no battery in phone... So i plug in the mobile but there was no display of charging. I tried it many times but it was all same. So i went to the shop from were i bought the mobile it was a nokia priority center.. The shopkeeper said there is an software problem and you have to leave set for 3 - 4 days... As he told i left it... Then i called him daily and he was saying that was is nokia care and it will take time.. after around 11 days. On 17 on july at 9pm i went to the shop for picking up my handset. When i took my handset and simcard in it..

There no network coverage. We tried a lot but it does not work out. Then my friend called nokia care center at 01130303838 and talked to sonali. She said you should go ot nokia care in sector 14 in gurgaon..

Next day on 19 july i went there. And told my problem to the guy sitting there.. He took my set..
after some time some another one came and told that there is a film for network which is missing..
he also added if this is not went to nokia we will not repair it under guaranty. I told them it has went to nokia care in delhi. After that checked there record and found i was right.. Then they again took the handset and said it will take more 10 to 15 days in repairing and above it they are not assuring that the set will be repaired.. When i asked again and again they just said you call us next week and we will tel you status.. Thats it now the thing is this i bought a new handset and i want a new one not a repaired set as it is cleared from them that the set cannot be repaired to its fullest.. I want a replacement or my money back...

And i am going to fire a case against nokia in consumer court too.

Hell in the customer care
We didn't expect this kind of shit answer from nokia customer care. I had a display prob in my mobile i went to nugambakam nokia care your customer care person came to fight with me and not at all proper response its a great shame to nokia, i further i will never buy a nokia mobile i my life... nokia will always loss the customer.

Services & laws are unsatisfactory
IM Uuser of Nokia N-70ME (IMEI No. 351863014479790) & buy this mobile on 20 Feb 2007 from Shop Amar times & Mobile Shop TIN No.24220201723, Surat (GJ) My problem with this mobile is that vibrator not working properly, draining of battery frequently & very-very slow speed.(Such a unsatisfactory performance of this handset.

I took this problem to Nokia Care on 04.06.2007 & JOB ID NO. 070651812 they kept my mobile for 6 days but my problem was not solved only software had been upgraded, although they were used my mobile as I found some unknown photograph & contact numbers which were stored in my handset. I M really unhappy about this culture of Nokia care.

Second time again I took my handset to Nokia Care on 12.06.2007; & JOB ID NO. 070651812 again they kept my mobile for 5 days , they had replaced my mobile battery & speed performance also increased but Vibrator problem was not solved.

Third time I took my mobile to Nokia Care on 02.07.2007 & JOB ID NO. 070756798 for complete replacement of my handset because some hardware problem as they tell it, but Nokia care in charge said it will take 25 days to replace the hardware.

My questions are (i) why 25 days ??? Such a long time, please understand my inconvenience regarding this.

(ii) Why Nokia can’t replace my whole set & given to me new one in short time???

(iii) Do I have done some mistake to buy a such a expensive NOKIA mobile???

I have also complain it to CONSUMER FORUM ref: no. 117212

Many times missed calls, receive/dialed numbers not shown
I have purchased N70 in march but, Many times miss call / Receive / Dialed numbers not shown does NOT SHOWN in call registered & this problem told all my friends who have N 70 OR N 72.

MY DEALER ARE NOT respond to my compliant and my head phone also not good Quality . It has break in connector. I HAD PAID 14000 Rs . What should i expect from NOKIA company 70???

Memory card corrupted
I had bought nokia N70 phone from subhiksha on saturday (26/5/07) but now don't know why the memory card of the phone got corrupted automatically. I am having a real problem so kindly advice me on the same as soon as possible.

Phone not been repaired and it is still there for more than 20 days at nokia care noida
I bought a NOKIA n70 in august and its radio gone down after only 2 months of its purchase. Then i submitted the handset on 2nd dec'06 in nokia care noida and they promised me to return the handset on 5th dec. When i got back to them on 9th dec....they delivered me the phone but the problem was not fixed. I asked them and they submit it now and we will give you back the phone tomorrow. When i got there on 10th they told me that its been sent to headquarters and it will be returned on 16th Dec. and then on 16th the said ur phone is pending for part replacement u will get it on 19th. Now they are saying u will get it after 25th Dec '06. There is no one who listen to our complaints. We are just made to look stupid. My phone is with them from last 20 days and i cant do anything. I m suffering a lot without phone as i am a working professional.

Software corruption of nokia N-70
With regards, I purchased a N-70 mobile phone from M/s SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES LTD Dt.5-11-2006 invoice no -75054 name of M/s Triveni Tradelinks Pvt Ltd .But its software got corrupt (blank display) with in 10 days of purchase .Then I approached to your customer centre M/s Goel Trading co.(Delhi) They give me target delivery date on 16th nov06 but till the date we get anything instead of harassment .But after we received a number of Nokia service from M/s Goel trading Co. (9818332850) We called many a times on this number but always received improper response from Mr Yashwant.

Even he denied to give us E-mail for complained and fax No after asking again and again, when I asked him that I will go to the court for this harassment then he replied you do what ever you can.

If I ill not get new phone or the above said amount then I fell company is not serious for customer and customer should move to the court (consumer court).
