I gave my nokia N73 music edition fo rrepair on 1st April 2008.I am from Bangalore The problem was that the vibration was not working correctly.My jobsheet number is 032434038/080401/38.I gave it to Nokia care centre, jayanagar 4th block, bangalore.After 2 days they said they are sending it to chennai for hard ware replacement.Then i got a call from them yesterday that it has come back.When I went to nokia care they said that it cannot be repaired and the mobile was in worst condition with full of scratches.I doubt the set i smine or not.When i put battery into it the mobile was getting on but the display was not coming up correctly.Now they have screwed up the entire thing.They first asked me to pay money for repairing the display problem.But i refused since this set is having warranty and they were the ones responsible for this. So they aske dme to ocme tomorrow evening.Since the past 2 days whenever i go to get my handset they are telling same thing "tomorrow".Now what I want is I need my mob back in previous condition or give me anew hand set.I am sorry to say that this company is providing some bull shit services for mobiles.This is really shameful for a world class firm like nokia.Please take necessary steps so as to assist me in this issue.
It i sthe matter of 15000 rs somebody help me.

Poor quality product!
I am proud and I feel privilege that I am associated with Nokia (Connecting people private operator of india) but I feel sorry to say that your services are like government departments once customer is buy your handset you think that you had become a dictator and customer is will act as puppet. Which is not good for future. because day by day market is going competitive. Sorry to say your services is very very poor.

I submitted my set nokia n73 ME at nokia care center Phase 5 mohali (I m sorry to say these words persons associated with such an reputed concern, they don't even know how to behave with customers, they use very rude language) 02-August-2007 and received on 14-august-2007 but problem as not resolved no display changed and more over ear piece is damaged and whole body had lots scraped. Needs to be display & handset body to be changed as per new job sheet mention. Again i am submitted my handset same day to Nokia care with new jobsheet after discussion with Nokia Careline executive (Reshma & Shashi). Till date i am not get any status and phone.

In order to replace the handset and memory card
This is to bring your attention that I bought a Nokia 73 Music edition on 18th march 2007 referring IMEI No :- 353641013349547 HOT SPOT, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi which cost me Rs. 21,662 including taxes with 1 year warranty. But after duration of 2 days I find that my mobile phone is automatically shutting down, showing blank screen then the 4th day on Wednesday I went to Noika care preet vihar branch, with lot of efforts and manipulation I forced Ajay pandey (Manager) to talk to the HOT SPOT retailer in order to replace the handset and he did talk, But according to the retailer they replace the handset within 48hour after purchasing of handset so they denied then I showed my handset to the executives of preet vihar branch. What they did, they put off my memory card and did format my phone memory then did switch on. I didn’t submit my handset that time because it was working fine for one day after 24 hour it’s show the same problem For which I have complaint 6 times to the Nokia care center & also as per their direction I have submitted my mobile 6 times in Nokia care center, first 2 times I Submitted my handset to (Nokia care, Preet Vihar, Delhi) & 4 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Sector-2, Noida) to fix the bug permanently. I also talked continuously to Nokia customer care (011-30303838) so many times But still I am facing the same problem & nobody paying their attention for this problem & still my mobile is in Nokia care Center as well. For this I wasted lot of money, lot of time, lot of tension.

If this is the kind of Customer Services Nokia provides to its loyal customer, I am unable to understand what levels of Customer-satisfaction, you are aiming to achieve. Plz give me a reason, why should anybody buy an authorized Nokia Set if we are not getting adequate services???
