Loss of mobile with sim
I have lost my Nokia N73 yesterday in ahmedabad.
please help me out on how to block my mobile and sim.
if possible give suggestions to recover them.

Lost
Just now I have lost my handset NOKIA N73,
Cell No.: 82697802. Somebody is taking the call and disconneting it. I am a student at JCU.

Delay
my name sachin rai i faced a problem with the nokia dealer which is in NERUL NAVI MUMBAI my cell phone Nokia N73 fell in water i tooked it to nokia dealer first he said it will be done in a week than after a week he said that i have send a phone to head office for rechecking he asked me to come after 2 weeks when i went back he said it cant be repaired i said ok give it to me .he said come tomorrow and take your cell phone when i went back he said i have sent your phone again to head office for last try i asked when ill get it back he said ill call you and let you know ..its been more than 40 days he is having my cell and when ever i call him he give me a silly excuse come after 2 days and so on...

Mobile oprating software
In new firmware of N73 V4.0750.31.2.1 Mobile doesn't ring. It shows incoming call display but it doesn't ring. When i restarted the phone it works normaly.

Terrible experience!
Serious Hanging Problems! N73 phone has serious hang out problems. Music listening on it is totally uncomfortable. Camera works improperly.

Theft
I missed my Nokia N73 Music while travelling in the Government bus(116) on thursday(21-2-2008) at 8:00 am when the bus travelling from broadway to vyasarpadi.
I request you to take necessary actions as early as possible.

poor service
i have given my nokia n73 to the nokia care situated in alld on 19th nov 2007. my phone was locked and i had forgotten the lock code. they told me that they will repair it withiin a day or two. but i still not got my phone.(10/12/07). it was under warranty then also they charged from me. pls help me out of this problem.

Arrogant Behaviour of Univercell Staffs
I have bought a Nokia Phone from Univercell Chennai (Anna Nagar). Immediately after a month my phone developed some problem. When I returned to Univercell about my complaint the response was very poor and arrogant. Even after 20days they have not returned my phone and my daily calls are unanwered.
I donot know how to deal with companies. Buying an expensive mobiles and the mental torture involved is too much. If any body knows how reach the right person or their managing director please reply to me to take up this issue.

Poor service!
I purchased my cell phone on 3 August, 2007 and within a month its joystick started to get stuck. Even the phone gets hanged up. When i went with my complaint to the nokia care center, person sitting there misbehaved with me. They told me that the cell will take a month to get repaired and when i asked for the standby cell, they refused for it. I had mailed my complaint to nokia care but it went unnoticed. I am totally dissatisfied by the service being provided to me.

Poor service!
I had taken my Nokia n73 to the service center at Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata on 16 July 2007 which is under warranty. I had been given a job sheet paper vide number 6100192804. There had been a network problem. This cell also had given problems earlier and had to repair from center. I had been told to come to inquire on 20th July. While I went there, they told that it was not repaired so far and told to come next week. Agian I went there, then I had been told that it would be replaced and told me to come on 4th Aug. Again I went there. But again they told me to come on next week. Again I went there. Then I had been told that it was ready to dispatch and told me to wait. After that one of the official told me to collect the older one, which was supposed to be replaced. I then asked why so much time delayed. The person then told me to wait for a while again. After that he told me to replace only the motherboard and nothing else. Here my question is that what is the system of replacement? Anyway I refused that kind of practice. Again they told me to come in next week. I came to know now that this has not been replaced as well.
