not working properly after 3 service
I have purchase Nokia Mobile Model N 79 WLAN:0026cc73915, IMEI No356044031175944. My Set is not working properl. I have taken Three times to Nokia Care, RDC Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.)201002. But I am notsatisfied above customercare Centre. My Mobile Soft ware disturbed Again. I am very much fadup with Nokia Care Service.

problem with the nokia N79

i, Md.Anayatullah Ismail, bought N79 [nokia] on 10 sept, 2009 from croma, vashi, mumbai.In october, there was problem with the display of my phone, it went blank while using it.It went to nokia care centre for the first time in october.Again after the repairement was done, the same problem reoccured in the very next month but due to some problem i gave it to nokia care centre in the first week of february.Again after repairment, there was hanging problem in my phone and this problem is prevailling with my phone till date.I have given it to nokia care centre for about 4 to 5 times but the problem with my phone is not at all solving.

nokia care cannot fix my phone problem and do not want to change it
Dear Nokia,

I bought Nokia n79 on August, 2009 from RAYA shop at Obour branch and at the same date of my purchase i found my mobile while it was working normally or making a call " the operator signal cut off then it appears to me sim card registration field and there is no choice except ok and when i press ok appears a white screen with the following message insert sim card" so i have to move the battery to restart the phone i went back to the RAYA shop to ask to change the phone he refused to change it until i change the sim card from my network operator i indeed changed the sim card twice as he request because it may be this problem come from the sim card the problem was still appears as i mentioned above so i went back to him again with the receipts that indicate that i have changed the sim card twice then he changed the phone to me by the same model N79.Unfortunately, the problem still the same i thought that it may be from the software i went through the internet to update the software as much as i could to fix this problem but it still the same, i went to NOKIA CARE on December 12, 2009 they took the phone to forward it to the main office of maintenance i took it back on December 19, 2009 and they told me that they have changed some technical component in the board but the problem still the same i return it back to NOKIA CARE on December 23, 2009 and showed the problem to the manager and received it back on December 31, 2009 and they told me that my phone is working normally and there are no problems with it i found strange from this report, the problem still the same and went to NOKIA CARE on January 12, 2010 and met the manager called " Ahmed" and i have showed the problem to him and he make a complain to me and forward it to the head office requesting him to change the phone by another model then i called the customer service to know what happened they told me that my phone is working normally and my phone is ready to received on December 17, 2010. To be informed that i every time they took my phone i called the customer service and make a complain.

4 handsets in 50 days all defective
Dear Sir,
On 19 October 2009, I had purchased Nokia N79 (IMEI 356044031412248) for Rs. 16250 from Nokia Priority Dealer (Irla Branch, Mumbai).
After just 45 odd days, suddenly its display started flickering and went blank. I gave my mobile phone to Nokia Care Procom Services, Dadar(W), Mumbai on 02-DEC-2009. They told me that the handset shall go to Delhi for repair work. I got my handset after 15 days back on 16-DEC-2009. They gave me a new swapped handset (2nd handset, IMEI 356044031483504).
Within a two weeks time the new handset again had exactly the same display problem. So I again went to same Nokia Care on 2-JAN-2010. They sent it to Delhi for repairing and gave me second swapped handset (3rd handset, IMEI 356387022298716) on 11-JAN-2010.
On the same day itself I observed that the new handset was unable to read my memory card. I showed the same to Nokia Care at that very moment. They gave me one more job sheet and told me to come back after a week. So on 19-JAN-2010 I went to collect my handset. They gave me one more swapped handset (4th handset, IMEI 356387028721760).
On the same day I discovered that this piece also had its share of problems. The camera/video images are flickering.
I have got 4 handsets (Nokia N79) within just 50 days and still the new handset which I presently have, is giving camera problem. What is the guarantee that such problems won’t occur in the future handsets which I receive? I seriously doubt that the swap handset which you provide ever goes for quality check.
I went for the “Nokia Brand” over others as it is the most respected one in the market. But, this kind of experience with your product has left me highly disappointed.
I am totally dissatisfied with Nokia service as well as the handset N79. I had to suffer mental harassment and also lost my time in frequent visits to Nokia Care and in calling Nokia Helpline.
I am expecting to get a new model (not N79 anymore) of same price range of my choice or else provide me with compensation of full bill amount (Rs. 16250) of the mobile.

I hope that you will look into this matter and do the needful ASAP, so that I don’t have to encounter any further inconvenience.
