Blank screen very often appears on my Nokia N95 1GB since it was under guarantee with Rawat Sales Agent. The phone also emits heat when the screen is blank. Several times brought to Rawat for repair without any satisfaction until guarantee expires. Lately I brought to another company who said that the flexi-cable must be changed which I did and paid nearly about USD28/-. After three or four days, same problem. After switch-on, it is again o.k. This problem is infact intermittent. And I am fed up with such problem.

Purchased brand new smart cell phone from Nokia, the latest and the greatest and within 4 months lost all of my contacts, addresses and information and phone would not work. Spent 3 hours on the telephone with technicians that could not help, cell phone model too new. Sent off to repair (my cost). Had to send same smart phone back again to Nokia 5 months later and their repair place had phone for 6 weeks and no one would extend the warranty or acknowledge that the smart phone is a lemon phone.

I bought the NOKIA N95 outright for $1, 100 australian,
within 2months it was randomly swithching itslef off by 6 months it was freezing up all the time.
I got used to having an annoying phone until the LCD died and i finally sent it for repair, 3 weeks later it was returned and was now unable to transmit noise through the ear piece!
I sent it back reluctantly knowing it would take 3 weeks to return, it took a month! and came back frozen unable to load proberly and they had broken my case! the phone is unusable to this day and to you nokia and your so called customer servise opperators i say thanks for nothing and thanks for your empty assurances of a qaulity and swift reapar!
