The worst service at all in the history of mankind. I sent my telephone for repair on 29 August and till date I didn’t get my telephone back and neither did Nokia contacted me with their feedback and the reasons for such huge delay.
I have called several times the worst customer service number and every time they say that I would be receiving my telephone in few days (5 days) however, it already passed almost 2 months and I didn’t get my phone back. the last time I called the agent (HANI) said that he will submit a complaint for me and will come back to me with feedback however 10 days passed and I didn’t get any feedback. I called today and once again the agent (Christian) said that the telephone is being returned to Abu Dhabi (al wahda mall) for no apparent reason, however, I didn’t get any notification from them. I asked to speak to the Supervisor to tell him about my complaints the agent said that the Supervisor is will come at 1.00 PM. I am really disappointed from your service.
